Additional Informations

  • Cleaning fee is included in price of 1 week.
  • The price with tax includes 11.50% Sales- and tourist-tax.
  • Electricity is included maximum US$ 15 each week. Additional costs shall be charged according to power consumption (actually US$ 0,35/ kWh).
  • Maximum occupancy is 8 Persons.
  • Persons refer to adults, teenager, children and babies, any person staying in the house during their stay.
  • Minimum stay is 1 week, less in agreement with the owner. On Easter and Christmas minimum stay 2 weeks.
  • Prefered arrival and departure day is Saturday.
  • Payments in Euro or US-Dollar to an German or American bank account. Payments by credit cards or Paypal are not possible.
  • Security Deposit 1.000 US$.
  • No extra charge on Easter and Christmas!
  • The double garage and the office are not available!
